I really like the Teach Yourself Visually series of books, and also The New Beader's Companion. It's a great book that has all the different stitches and variations.

Sherry Serafini's latest book on bead embroidery is also a fabulous resource:

Sherry Serafini's Sensational Bead Embroidery

One of my new favorites!

There are many books available on bead embroidery, for example, Bead Embroidery, The Complete Guide, Embroidery With Beads etc. There are also many tutorial articles online.
