    slider beads

I recently saw a bracelet that was a single wire, with beads, but it also had some kind of slider beads on it that would allow the wire to stay at a certain length on your wrist. These beads moved to the length where you put them, then stayed there so the wire would not loosen to a larger size... what are these beads called and where do i acuir them? Beadin fool, colorado

    Re: slider beads

I have no idea what those are, but they sound awesome!!!  There is going to be a bead show in Denver this weekend, I think by DIA.  If you look in your magazines (since your a beadin fool, I know you have plenty) they are advertising it.  They might have something like that there.  I went to the same show last year, but down in New Mexico, and they had tons of stuff.  I'm probably gonna spend a couple of days there, so if you can't get to it, I'll be able to report back.  I will keep my eyes open!!!

Yes, I'd be curious about those too!  If I've seen them, I don't recall.

i think you can do the trick with any beads actually. just make sure they have big enough holes for 2 strings/cords to pass through but not too big so it's loose. don't forget to knot the ends of the cord to avoid any loose beads/cords.
