not sure, what browser are you using? Sometimes that will make a difference. If you continue to have difficultly I would try contacting someone in the know at Beading Daily. You can e-mails though this site to those that may be able to help you.
Try contacting Danille, from this thread. To do so click on here name or picture, when the next screen comes up you will see under her picture send e-mail. click on that, and you will be able to send her an e-mail. It wouldn't do any good to type it here in the thread, because you can't type anything here. So an e-mail may be your best option.
