I believe that the best thing to do is to contact Beadworks Magazine and let them know you are having a problem. We really shouldn't give out the link.
You can contact Beadwork by going to their web page at interweave.com. once you arrive their click on "Substripion Help" Then click on "access you account" follow the information to bring up your account information. It will have your expiration date and your address on it. Now once there click on Contact Customer Service. Tell them what is happening to you when you try to access your bonus projects. They will write you back. When I had a problem with my subscription, they replied to me within 24 hours. On a weekend it may take longer.
