What is the difference between Argentium silver and Sterling Silver?  Can I use it when making chain maille?

In sterling silver the alloy used is copper. (92.5 silver and 7.5  copper)  Agrentium silver is know as modern silver. It is still 92.5 silver but the copper is mixed with germanium.  Germanium makes the silver highly resistant to tarnish.

Hope this helps

Thanks for the heads up on my question.  I will be ordering rings for chain maille!
