If you want to know how to make the choker, it's simple.

I would first make the chain tail that you can see is hanging from underneath the metal cap in the center of the choker. I started with a 14 link piece of chain. All I did was hang some 6mm bicones and a pearl from the chain using eye & head pins.

The stitch I used for the choker is double needle right angle weave. I don't know how much thread I used, maybe a few feet? I picked up five seed beads, the clasp, and five more seed beads. I crossed both ends of the thread through a 6mm bicone. I picked up a pearl bead on each end of thread and crossed through another 6mm bicone. I repeated until I had the desired length. I picked up five seed beads, a jump ring, and five more seed beads. I believe I then zigzagged less than half way back through the necklace. I made sure that one end of thread was exiting a bicone, I picked up a pattern of one seed bead-one 4mm bicone, until I had five of each. I went through the cat & the metal cap bead. I picked up the other end of thread and zigzagged through three more bicones. Again, I picked up a pattern of one seed bead and one 4mm bicone, until I had five of each. I sewed through the cat and metal cap bead. I then sewed through the first link of the chain tail with both ends of thread. I tied the ends together inside the metal cap so that they will be hidden. So now the chain will be dangling from underneath the metal cap.

I hope this explains the process well, I'm terrible with instructions If something doesn't make sense just let me know:)

Guess what, my dad found this cute little kitten on the side of the road, all soaked from the rain. He said she was almost run over and when he took her home she was near death. He and my sister tried to take her to a shelter but because they didn't know what was wrong with her eye they wouldn't take her. They took her to the vet and it looks like it's just scratched. So they gave us a cream to rub on it 3 times a day and some eye drops. Also we had to give her a pill to get rid of flees. We're nursing her back to health. When she is better we'll either give her to the shelter, or we might just keep her She is a lot better then when we found her. She's so playful too.

The cat looks sweet and cute. I like cat too, I think they are lovely and clever. Your necklace look simple but very delicate, I like it.

Yeah, I did use 4 & 6 mm bicones. The pearls are 6mm. Sweeties are size 11/0.

Kitty! Looks like you used 6mm and 4mm bicones, yes? And did you also use 6mm and 4mm pearls or 3mm pearls?

OMG, that is just so CUTE! It is so whimsical and it really appeals to me, as do the colors. Well done! And Karin, "dork face" is a very common American term of frustration!(lol)

It is a pretty choker necklace and I like the choice of colours and the mix of pearls and crystals.

The cat pendant can be seen clearly and it is pretty, I like the chain with the small beads added

I think "Dork face" is just something my family says, ha ha!

I used to have two cats but one died and the other couldn't move with us ( My family and I). But strangely we're surrounded by cats here in Hawaii. YAY!
