This is perhaps a script problem, this needs to call the attention of their wed developer or the webmaster so they can fix this.

Hi Maddy,

Don't know if you've heard from Customer Service yet. The message that appears says that the problem is caused by your browser. Apparently it can't handle too many redirections.

If you google Beading Daily and directly go into Free eBooks the problem might be solved. I hope this helps.
