I have a bunch of big Hawaiian chip beads that I would love to get rid of. They are very nice, but I typically use smaller beads in my creations, so they don't work for me. I got them from FMG - they are 36-inch strands. I've got them in tiger eye, green aventurine, labradorite, amethyst, and red brecchiated jasper. I've tried selling them in my Etsy store, but the high postage cost scares people away (each strand weighs about 8 ounces). I will of course cover the cost of shipping these.
These Hawaiian chip beads are polished, top drilled and beads range in sizes 12mm-20mm.
Give me a little time and I will post pictures. With my home dial-up connection, loading pictures to photobucket takes foreeeeeeeeeeeeever!
I'm interested in trading some of these for Czech glass beads. I'm partial to the unusual varieties of Czech glass but I'm open to consideration of whatever you have. I have faceted rounds but not in all colors. We can talk if you are interested.
Pictures coming in my next post as soon as I can!

I'm happy to discover that Photobucket has made some improvements to the site, and I can upload more than one pic at once. Here they are:
I would certainly LOVE to trade for the Amethyst and Aventurine! I don't have too impressive of a Czech Glass selection..
I'll go thru everything I had tonight and let you know what I have... those hawaiian chips are calling out to me!

Sherri, how many strands to you have cus I too would be interested?
Beads and Blessings
I only have one strand of each, guys.
Show me what you've got for trade and we can see who gets what, but in all fairness, since Sydney posted the first reply, I should give her the first opportunity. One strand is 8 ounces of beads. I would think that 3 strands of Czech glass per 36-inch strand of these chip beads would be considered a fair trade. But we'll see!
