Hi All, does anyone have a good set of instructions for the viking stitch or know where I can find one?

I haven't tried Viking Knit yet, but I would love to ... I'm trying to get my woodworker husband to make me dowels and a draw plate, LOL. I've seen several sets of instructions for it, though, and it seems to be relatively simple:
Search youtube ... there are several video tutorials for it, but here's a good step-by-step non video one:

I know Kokopelli has given several sites on this in other threads so if you do a search at the top you'll probably find them. Or you could send her an email and ask her.
She hasn't been around much of late but I'm sure she would be glad to answer any questions you have. She is the only one I can remember that does the Viking Knit.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Thanks, Ladies!
Hi Lina, sorry for answering so late. I did a lot of VK lately, especially for my class. Here are some links that might be useful:
I used this one to learn VK. Good pics!
And here are some more links, if you like to have a look:

I wrote my own tut for my class, but its in German, so not of much use for you.
So I hope that helps. VK is really easy and versatile once you got the technique.
