    Source for miniature tools

Thought some of you might like looking over this site. I've always been a "tool junkie" and love finding new tolls to use in my various hobbies. My hubby started getting this catalog to work on model trains, and I've found that they have a number of things that apply to other hobbies as well. Since I never saw anyone mention this company before, I thought I'd share. Smile

That's a dangerous website Evalie!  I really like the set of angled cutters they have.  Those would be great for wirework.  Thanks for sharing.

Jeni, I really am having a blast with this company.....my husband will place an order, and suddenly I'm thinking of all the ways I can use his "stuff"! I was looking for diamond bits to make countersunk holes in some stones and FINALLY found them through the catalog!

Isn't it amazing how many "dangerous" sites there are out there? LOL Surprise

Harbor Freight also carries these bits, and other tools, AND storage containers for all our beads, too.

Try searching BD first, we had some discussion about them, and the things mentioned there may interest you.

I always say that Harbor Freight is my favorite "boutique" - tomboy that I am! I'd rather shop at Harbor Freight than shop for clothes!

Evalie here is a link you might like from Harbor Freight.

    http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=95425&r=5258_190740

Not all the stores carry all items in the catalog or on the web site. What you need to do is get the item number off the catalog or web site and call your local store and see if they have it in stock. If they do they will hold it for you for 24 hours. I got my photo tent that way. It saves shipping if they have it in the store.

    Sue,

Thanks for the link to the tool set. I was lucky that Hubby purchased a nice set of Lindstroms for me for my birthday. I've been eyeing them for a couple of years, and he offered, sooooo.....The price of the set through Harbour Freight would be good for using in classes, though. I'll have to keep it in mind if I ever open that 'little shop'.

Your welcome I am glad you liked the site. And yes, it would be a good set to tote to classes.
