 Jeni

 Love your pieces.

I made a bracelet similar to yours several months ago. It's making its first showing this weekend. I've always heard Get minds think alike.

So, from one great mind to another Thanks for sharing.Wink

 Jeni,

They are all gorgeous!!   I LOVE the pendant on the first necklace and the cross pendant.  I really like the neat little bales too, and.and.and.  Well, OK, I like them all.  Beautiful work.

oh Jeni!  These are beautiful!  I want the pink bracelet, it's yummy.  I love the lampwork, great colors and the earrings are just my style!  Show us some more, this is fun.  Your work is also inspirational in terms of finishing UFO's - I have sooooo many, and what I've seen here has inspired me to finish a few.  Thanks so much for sharing.

Mary, I love your new avatar, what great colors!  Is it a bracelet?  And why haven't you posted it in the Readers Showcase so that we can get a good look at it?

Thanks, The Bracelet is a ladder or square stitch base. Then the top is bugle &  bead soup.

I have one in progress that is with Cubes and Gemstone Chips. I  will post pic when i get it done.

Thanks, again.

 Kimmie!

I bead and bead and bead and bead... And when I am not beading, I am taking pictures of my beadwork, blogging about it, or trying to sell it here and here...
Please take a look around, and let me know what you think...

From Fire Mtn-I bought silver & gold plated in 2 square and oval.  Would be nice to have them in sterling or gold filled but that's not in the budget just now.  So far no one seems to mind, and if someone asks I'll always swap them out for other metals anyway.

I'm so glad that the connectors fitted! This piece turned out great!

Some other favs of mine are the orange earrings, the teal lampwork set and the necklace with the irregular Murano pendant. Beautiful work! I think I have to dig out some UFOs, too.

Love it all! Especially the turquoise on copper necklace. Sometimes people just like the simple things and it's funny how the stuff you made ages ago still sells the best. And it's the simple stuff they like the most! Thanks

Thanks Dagi & Mim!

Speaking of older things, I made a tough decision and went through all of my pieces yesterday to weed out some more of the older things.  This weekend I'm having a 50% off basket with things I'm just tired of looking at.  There's nothing wrong with any of it-just things I've had for 5+ years that still hasn't sold.  It kills me to do it because a lot of it is beadwoven pieces that took hours to make, but I guess sometimes you just have to move on.

I had also read a tip that sometimes you should raise prices if your jewelry isn't selling, but I think for my market and this economy that wasn't a good idea so I lowered prices on several other things.  Not by much, just back to what I typically charge.  I also have a bunch of extra less-expensive things made which hopefully will sell well.  Now I'm working on piddly things like cell phone charms for stocking stuffers.  I made a ring with memory wire yesterday and reminded myself why I hate working with it!
