Still on the Kumihimo - Maybe I need Professional Help

Erin - This is a perfect kit, and the price is great.  While you can certainly make your kumihimo disc for a lot less, having the booklet and the bobbins will make your learning curve a lot lower.  The Hanamaka disc (which is round, instead of octogonal) costs more than than, and does not come with bobbins or English directions.  I'd definitely go for it.

If you figure in the time to research how to make a disc, and then actually make the disc, $12 sounds like a great way to go. Totally worth it. Maybe I'll ask santa to bring me that...
