    Comparison...18ga. SS Rnd. Wire; 20ft.

    Rio: $34.66 Thunderbird: $34.76 MonsterSlayer: $35.64

So why am I buying from MonsterSlayer? They will ship priority flat rate mail. They don't have a handling fee nor do they charge a mark-up on shipping like like Rio does.

Ordering tomorrow may be cheaper still. They don't seem to reflect the current silver prices as quickly as the others. They were the lowest supplier at the same price yesterday but everyone else came down a little with the trend in silver.

Lastly, did anyone know they have copper solder?  I've been on the lookout for that for awhile now.

That's good to know.  I have aso found GSGold.com   They are a refiner and you can get sheet, wire, solder and other things in sterling, gold and other metals.  I got a good price on some gold filled wire.  They might be good to check out.  Laura

I also like monster slayer. I bought from thunderbird once and paid nearly $10 in shipping. Never tried Rio, even though lots of people swear by them.

Monsterslayer also has that new liquid liver of sulfer (with a much longer shelf life than the chunks and easier to use) for about $9.

I did order from Monsterslayer and the price wound up being 34.75.   I've tried nearly everyone and they have some of the best customer service.

Oh my, the buying silver wire dance.  I hate it.  Everytime I need to order wire, I spend about an hour going from website to website.

Fig...I've pretty much stopped looking at anywhere else besides MS and TB.

I've compared most everyone, Hoover and Strong, Metaliferous, Otto Frei, and they all seem to be within a $1 or $2 of each other. I only threw in Rio for the post.  I rarely order form Rio anymore because of their shipping charges and policies.

I also like MS and TBs customer service.

    RocknWow,

Sorry I have to get off track and ask you about your avatar. It is beautiful from what I can see. Is that a real shark's tooth? Could you please post a larger picture of it so we can better admire the piece?

    Thanks
