Thank you both! I am so overwhelmed to have been chosen as 'Best In Competion' with that loomed cuff. I did enter more then one, but this was the only one considered, yet WON!!!
Here is a better picture of this cuff:
All of the pieces were fantastic, so I feel I was in the best company!

That's a better picture but I still don't think it's doing it justice...it's so hard to really get a photo to do that. Your work is always stunning and you are quite the inspiration.
Congrats again!
Congratulations Erin!
I haven't seen this issue yet (we're always a bit behind here in the UK!) but will be looking out for it next time I get to my LBS!

Mikki335: One of my students brought me a copy to class...she's so dang sweet! Erin: Oh my! right on the cover! Somebody's gonna have some 'splainin' to do. Yep....they sure do....not only with the error you caught but in the Colorworks challenge they have me marked down as #9 being my entry when mine is actually #10. However, they did spell my name right and that ain't easy. They say the artists can be contacted through SBSB....having Dawn's (the real #9) and my pieces mismarked will cause some confusion if anyone does want to contact us.

Hi - I'm Dawn O'Bryan-Lamb (colorworks entry #10) and I had wondered about that too. Thanks for bringing it up. Also, it says in the magazine "read Margie's comments on her to ten choices online at stepbystepbeads.com!" and I've been looking for it and can't find it - am really interested to see what she had to say - can you provide the link?
I've been waiting for that link to show up too. I keep checking the the SBSB website, but its been showing the old issue. I just checked, and the new issue is finally up. There is a link to the bead arts winners, but nothing for the color challenge winners. I was hoping to see full pictures of all of them rather than the little partial shot they had for them all.
Loved your piece, by the way. I entered, but didn't win.
