For all of you who like new materials and don't want to spend the money involved in metal clay try paper clay.  It is sold in Hobby Lobby and I am sure online.  It is fun and cheap.  I will post on my blog later in the day if anyone is interested.

You're from Rochester? Cool, me too. I am currently talking with studio34 about becoming a seed bead instructor. We'll see how that goes..

I'm 16 and have been beading since I was about 13, so it might be odd teaching adults, but who knows...

With your experience, you should have the attention of most, if not all, in about 15 min.  I find it a lot easier to learn from youngsters now, than 20 - 30 years ago.  [I'm in my 70's now.]
