Here is my latest embroidered necklace..took about 2 months to complete and features another fabulous porcelain bird from Laura Mears.

This is also the first piece of mine with fringe...arrgh fringe was such a pain!

And a closer look at the pendant:

Let me know what you guys think!

Next item to be embroidered will be a Laura Mears Snowy Owl!

Christina, that is totally AMAZING!!!  Are your fingers totally numb now? (g)  I love the colors, and it has a very Native American vibe to it, which I also dig.  Can't wait to see the owl! (good to see you back on the boards, btw.)

Absolutely stunning Christina, as always Smile I love seeing the embroidered pieces you make, they always have such life to them!

I love the colours in this one. So earthy and appropriate for the eagle. Amazing work.

It's beautiful!  First piece with fringe -- hardest.  Love those birds.

Every detail is perfect enough!! Gorgeous and generous! Have to say that it is really a hard work to spend 2 months to complete one item, appreciate that, I am sure I should get to practice my patience. Thanks fro the share! :)

This is a stunning piece of work.

I love the combination of colours they all work beautifully together and this is more than a piece of handmade jewellery it is a work of art.

The fringing looks beautiful and is well worth all the hard work that you have put into this necklace design and I am sure that you are going to get lots of pleasure from wearing it
