I have made some Christmas presents for some of my relatives.

This is not a present, only my first attempt at a peyote bracelet

My mothers present. it´s green aventurine in the middle.

My cousins two teenage doughters, gets theese embroiderys.
It is in Fake leather

Niwas, nice selection and variety. When I first looked at the last two bracelets, I first "saw" a pink and black camera.............. and I wanted one.......LOL. Those are very lovely and I am sure they will be appreciated. Now I have it in my mind to bead my camera. I had better take a break and go back to what I was working on and forget about a pink and black camera.

I am not sure the necklace is aquamarine, aquamarine is usually transparent. maybe chrysoprase or something like that which has that almost transparent look to it. Aquamarine is usually faceted, but there may be many grades of it, which I have not seen. Anyway, that is a lovely item also. Donna

The stone is actually a little transparent, I could see "shadows" through it. but I´m going to look it up where i bought it anyway to be sure /niwa

Niwas, I recognize the sone in your pendant very well, as it is one of my absolute favourites.  It is called green aventurine, and it will have a translucent cast to it.  Aventurine is such a beautiful shade of green and I am absolutely insano over it!  With the exception of Chartreuse, pea green and neon, I'm pretty much insano over pretty much any shade of green there is!(lol)  It makes the green in my eyes stand out.  But I'm not vain, not in the least. (lol)

I thought those bracelets wewre little cameras at first, too, and I thought, that's really clever!  The fact that they're actually bracelets makes them more so.  If I had those bracelets, I'd feel like Wonder Woman!  As you may have already guessed though, the pendant's my favourite.  They peyote is really cool!

It is really beautiful and my mother is getting it for birthday present the 13 december.
thinking of do a matching ring, but she doesn´t use rings that much

I´m getting a good feeling about the bracelets now. Its so hard with presents to teenage girls.

Yeah, I hear you about the gifts for eenagers.  Fortunately, my teenage nieces want my jewelry, so that's a big help.

This have got lovely blue/purple metallic beads, but unfortunatly i couldn´t make them justice on the photo.

Indigo is such a pretty colour.  Wish I could wear it, But it turns my complexion very ruddy.  I still like it though.  It's a lovely bracelet.

Comfortably settled in VA.  Went into Occoquon today and knocked over the LBS.  What a wonderful afternoon I had!

Hey Niwas, they are all very pretty, the lilac i like the colors more and the bottom one i love the flowery design. i hope i get some leather in my hands too sooner or later, so that i can try something similar. your Black in Black one with the flower shell is still my favorite, that is saved or better say burned in my memory, as its so great, for a case i can try leather jewellery.
