Here's another tip: I saw recently that FMG has aluminum rings now too, but not a huge selection. It's a new item I saw an ad for recently, and they're cheap.
I don't know if you've noticed by now, but for anyone in the future, the book has references, and lists 6 or 7 places to buy the o-rings.
