The Bead Creator program is at www.beadcreator.com, but it's not free. If you want to seriously get into publishing patterns though, it's one heck of a program. For what it's worth, they have been offering a lifetime upgrade package for $100, and it expires 30 Sept. If you're just starting though, a free, simple one will probably do you just fine.
BTW, I LOVE both the new Beadwork and the new B&B-fantastic projects. I'm making one of the bangles in B&B for my sis-in-law for Christmas.
