Understand completely. I am that was with my jewelry. I wear the same earrings and my wedding band ALL THE TIME! I don't take them off ever. I sleep, swim, shower, everything. My wedding band is platinum and my earrings are 14K gold. But I just don't take them off. I also had a toe ring out os sterling silver that I work for about 3 years non-stop. Finally took it off before going on a plane and never put it back on. Don't remember why?

Odd since I make jewelry and I don't remember to switch out my own!

    Good Luck and Thanks!

I was that way for a long time.  I wore the same things always, and since I didn't make jewelry when I first started beading, it took a while for me to graduate to it.  I think what finally did it is that I found myself having less and less time to bead, so I started making things that took less time so I felt like I was accomplishing something.  Pity though, because I really love big loomwork pieces and beaded purses.

3 of the 4 necklaces that I wear, I made, 2 of the 4 bracelets, and 4 of the 9 rings. I wear them until something breaks. *laughz* My dragonfly choker has been restrung like 5 times now. My raven's claw is on it's 3rd stringing now. That's just me though.

Aircraft safety/lock wire - I have a spool of this my husband had it before we even met 15 plus years and I still have it . (I've been beading/crafting long before that). It is SS .032" The spool or carton says wire&cable specialties, Inc west chester, pa 19380.

I don't know what I'll do when I finally do run out. (My husband of coarse has no idea where he got it.) Hope this helps with your quest to find SS wire.
