I was enjoying viewing and voting on the Bead Star contest entries when I noticed something odd:
Entry #18 in the "Under $25" category is identical to #20 earrings on page 35 of the Fall 2007 Stringing Magazine.
It seems to me that this is contrary to the posted rules of the Bead Star contest. I'm surprised that Interweave Press has not noticed that this "original" design entry was actually published by them less than a year ago.
I noticed this unethical entry by chance, but am now wondering if there are others. What's going on, Interweave Press?
