The chunky pressed-glass rondelles used in this necklace look like real turquoise, but cost much less.  A natural brass pendant and clasp, polymer clay rounds, and black fire-polished rounds finish this earthy and very wearable piece.  Note the seed beads near the bar end of the toggle clasp--these make it easier to fit the bar through the ring half of the clasp.  This project is from Stringing magazine.

BEAUTIFUL!

So pleasing to the eye with great lines,  colors and composition.  I'm convinced that wearing this necklace would bring on the compliments.
