this earrings are really cool, but what got my attention was ..........The lady's  lastname is the same as mine ,I'm wondering if she is  one of my father's  family members , I was born in venezuela and now I live in U.S.A, My father came from Germany or Poland but we never new or  didn't  met anybody  of his family, may be I finaly found somebody that belong to my father's Family or may be not. Anyway We share the same  love for beading,

I am new at this so I am curious as to what type of bead is the disc shaped bead on the earring on the left.  I need this type of bead but cannot find.  Help!
