After making dozens of the Montée Magic bracelets (featured in Beadwork, February/March 2008), Katherine realized no ordinary pair of earrings coordinated like she had anticipated. What better way to bring them together than to use the same ring pattern of the bracelet? Using a head pin keeps the shape straight and makes this simple crystal earring quick and easy to finish. Instructions are given for two variations of these party-worthy earrings.

This looks really good and it gave me some other ideas too. I just have one question: How do you thread the eyepin through the ring of beads? Do the top and bottom beads have 2 holes??? I didn't understand that.

if i am understanding the question, the montee's have a 4 way thread in a cross configuration. I believe the wire runs all the way through and then the circle des. threads go through the other holes in the montees...If that IS what you were asking...Hope it helps
