Scattered pearls, wrapped with wire to sparkling ribbon, appear to bubble up like champagne in a glass flute. With six tiers of festive streamers, glints of silver, and subtly colored pearls, this bib-style necklace lends a festive air to any occasion. This project originally appeared in the book Create Jewelry: Pearls by Marlene Blessing and Jamie Hogsett.

this is sweet but not to my taste as something i would wear. however, it gave me some great ideas for embellishment on my underwater art quilt i'm working on THANKS
