I ran into a dilemma last week as I was preparing for a weekend trip: I wanted to bring a jewelry project with me to help pass the time during my flight, but knew I wouldn't be able to get any pliers

re: Free Travel Friendly Jewelry Project

Where do I find tutorials for the other bracelets in the picture? Especially the hex nut one. Never seen that design before. Cute!!!
www.tsa.gov/.../prohibited-items

They do not prohibit most tools under 7" long. You can bring cutters as long as the blade is less than 2" long. Again, check the website.

I just knotted mine and tucked the ends in...no finishing necessary! If you would prefer a more traditional clasp, I would recommend ribbon ends or knot cups.
