I was using sharpies until my daughter and niece got a hold of them and lost them. So I went out and bought new permanent markers from Bic and I have to say I love Bic makers. So now all I buy is white thread and color the thread with permanent maker. You get more color options at a cheaper price. Thanks for sharing with everyone this fabulous idea, because I know not everyone knows about this great why to have colored thread.&lt;/p&gt;
