Moonsea, I can't wait for Season 3! I know my pals in the U.K have already seen it, and I've told them not to tell me what happens!

I'm so anxious to see all the new costumes for the roaring 20s era of the show, including flapper-style jewelry! I'm looking for tassels and extralong strands of pearls and beaded chains with filigree! Can't wait!

For our Downton fan cousins in America, Season 3 is now out on DVD, there is to be a Christmas special (like last year) on Christmas Day, Season 4 is already shooting and another Christmas special is forecast for 2013. I count myself very lucky to be able to watch it in England, so I hope it won't be too long a wait for you in the States.

Oh, I'm SO glad there's someone else that's as enamoured of the show as I am. I live in fear that Season 3 will be Dan Stevens' last with the series. (And, 'yes', I'm old enough to be his mother, but I can't help it). The costumes, hats, jewelry, clothes......I could go on. Happy viewing!
