In addition to sketching designs after I have made the piece ( and some times before), I also keep a scrap book, its a little effort but great if you get a bead block and can't think of a deign.

Thanks for doing that, Michelle. Rose Mary is one of the most modest people I know and she's an amazingly talented and prolific designer.

I was excited to see my friend Rose Mary Jameson's sketch for her Swarovski competition piece (the peacock necklace) in today's article; but disappointed to see no attribution to her. Didn't she tell you her name or that her sketch led her to the semi-finals?
