A normal person might see a familiar face and have trouble remembering that person's name. As a beader, I've discovered a similar problem: I recognize the beadwork, but I can't figure out where I've seen it before

re: A New Poll, Plus Bead Quilts by Readers

I should expand on the memory wire question; I want to add a 5 hole spacer to it.

re: A New Poll, Plus Bead Quilts by Readers

I just love that there are so many beaders, and the questions are quite interesting. At the last show I sold one of my favorite pieces. I can not belive how
sad that I sold it. The only conselation of
the sale is how happy and excited the young women who bought the piece. I know that the necklace set has a good home. Ideally it would allow for conversion to popular bead color palettes, such as Miyuki Delicas, etc. Anyone have any suggestions?

re: A New Poll, Plus Bead Quilts by Readers

And you might check out Jeanette Shanigan's bead quilts for Breast Cancer...anyone can make a 1 and half inch square beaded quilt, to that year's theme, beaded onto pellon, and it will be added to a quilt, or quilts, that are stitched together and auctioned off. Instructions, patterns, and release forms can be found at beadyshenanigans@yahoogroups.com . This year's pattern is 'roses'. Single, or multiples, or a rose of any color, would be just as sweet. You have until April 08 to get them to Jeanette.
