Does anyone have a technique to bead around irregular shaped objects such as chips of shells or polished stones? I have found some beautiful pieces I would like to make into jewelry but inward curves are a problem. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the heads up on different approaches to a cabochon. I just discovered cabochons and finished creating my first bezel on a beaded cabochon.

Oh my just looking at your cab collection makes my senses tingle. Cabs are my absoulute favorite also. I am on the constant lookout for more in diferent shapes and colors. Thank you, so much for the info on the square piece, that was always my problem. I usually just do peyote, l love the look and feel of peyote. Unfortunately peyote does not work well on square, also a problem when I am trying to do a heart shaped piece. Anyway thank you, so much. Love your work.
