I invested in lindstrom pliers. Altho they were expensive and the handles are nice, the metal rusted and pitted. Darn things were over 50 bucks a pair! :( other big splurges include my OTT lites (totally worth it!) and a kiln I was given for xmas to do metal clay! Good tools as well as quality supplies encourage great work!

Beading tools are important. But I think the tools grow and expand with the beader!

I also feel that quality beading tools are a must if you work on beading for more than a couple of hours a day. I bought my first set of pliers for $5 and still use one, but have gradually invested in the ergonomic handles of the Tronex family of tools. I am now getting ready, after updating my prescription, ready to invest in the CraftOptics. My optometrist thinks it is also a great investment "for your eyes" for anyone who does close work. Thanks for displaying some additional ones I hadn't known about or thought of.
