&lt;p&gt;Barbara Carpenter you can find this method in Bead and Buttons: The Best of Bead &amp;amp; Button Magazine&amp;#39;s &amp;quot;Beadwoven Jewelry&amp;quot; (published in 2006)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The method entails a length of beading thread with a needle threaded at each end. &amp;nbsp;One starts out by picking up two seed beads and bringing them to the center of the thread. &amp;nbsp;Then using both needles, pick up and go through another seed bead , this forms a T with the 2 beads on top and the one bead snuggled below them. &amp;nbsp;You alternate by picking up a seed bead on each needle and picking up one seed beed &amp;nbsp;with both needles. &amp;nbsp;Yes it takes a bit of practice but &amp;nbsp;it is a great method to learn. :)&lt;/p&gt;

I may just try using the needles on my next project though (still waiting on the beads to come in, and waiting, and waiting), it seems like it might be an easier way to get things flat.&lt;/p&gt;
